Features:Three-beam four-column structure, economical and practical. EquipmentBody
This machine is made up by beam,slider,workbench, column stand, locknut andrating nut, etc.Slide blockisequipped with guide sleeve, rely on the four stand columns, make the slide block up and down. Top beam and workbench are fixed on both ends by locking nut, the machine precisionis improvedbylocknut and rating nut. Slide block using flange connectionwithmain cylinder piston rod,it has T-slot onthe slide blockandworkbenchfor userto installmold.
The column stand and piston rod using 45# steel, andafter being treated, prolong the service life of the machine.
MainCylinder
The main cylinder is fixed in the top beam bycrock mouth shoulderand big locknut. Theslide blockis linked with piston bottom by coupling flange and bolt, the piston head for cast iron materials, for guiding role.Piston headisequipped with the opposite direction of type A seals,thepiston rod with type Oseals,thecylinder will be divided into two oil cavity with guide sleeve,and be equipped with O seals on theguide sleeve,and be lockingwith flange and bolt, to ensure the crock mouth seal.The dust ring is equipped on the crock mouth flange to ensure that the piston rod of dust.
LimitingDevice
The limiting device is equipped on the left of machine to control the trip distance of slide block.It is made up by shim, angle iron, induction block and static position switch, etc. The two shims are fixed on the workbench and top beam, there is guide groove on the angle iron, andcontrol slider strokeby adjusting the stroke switch distance.
HydraulicStation
The hydraulic pump is made up of oil box, axial plunger pump, motor, two- way cartridge valve, oil filter and air filter, etc.
a.The oil box is made with Q235 steel plate, it is equipped withpressure gauge, remote control overflow valve,toobserve the pressure and regulatingthe pressure. The content gauge is equipped on the bottom ofpressure gauge stentsto observe the liquid level. And the oil filter is equipped on theoil suction pump, in order to ensure the pumpandhydraulic system clean.The air filter is equipped on the oil box to filter the air. Open the coverfor refueling, and there is a butterworth hatch on the oil box,open cover can be cleaned tank.
b.AxialPlungerPump

c.Two- way Cartridge Valve
Its structure is mainly including plug-in, control plate, pilot control valve and integrated valve block parts.
Plug-inis made up of valves, spring, seal element and valve pocket. Itcan be cone valve, also can be slide valve structure. Its main function is to control the oil flow direction, pressure and flow rate etc.
The control cover embedded by the cover installed micro-pilot control components and other components. The main function is fixed Cartridge. Embedded micro-pilot control components and pilot control valve combination can control cartridge valves work state. Control the direction of the cover is divided into control cover, cover for pressure control, flow control cover.
Pilot control valve installed in the control cover, the small diameter of the solenoid valve to control the plug-action, and its components as standard solenoid valve.
Integrated valve blocksisused to install the plug-in, the control cover and other control valveto communicate main oil and control oilcircuit.
